833 - SPECTATOR CONDUCT AT SCHOOL EVENTS
It is the objective of the School District of Auburndale that all school athletic events and school activities are conducted in an organized, safe, orderly, and professional manner. Athletes and fans are expected to demonstrate high standards of conduct and sportsmanship at all times. To insure this objective, rules must be followed by individuals attending school functions.The following rules will be adhered to by individuals in attendance at all school events.
1. With the exception of the Auburndale athletic teams, no games or ball activities are allowed
anywhere within the confines of the paid spectator area at high school football games or any
other athletic activity.
2. All horseplay, abusive or foul language, pets (except those assisting the blind or the deaf),
and smoking are prohibited at all school events and activities.
3. All spectators in fourth grade and under must be accompanied and under the supervision
of an adult at all school events. These adults are responsible for the management of the
younger spectators that they are supervising.
4. All individuals in attendance at school activities will respect the rules, guidelines, and
practices as dictated by school and police authorities.
5. All spectators and participants are responsible for appropriate behavior and good
sportsmanship.
